Responsibilities and Duties **WHAT YOU WILL DO:*** Leadership and Execution: Manage the full project lifecycle—from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, control, and closure; * Planning: Develop detailed schedules, define scope, identify risks, and plan resources (team, budget, materials); * Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring smooth communication among stakeholders, technical teams, and business areas; * Monitoring: Track project progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions (turn-around); * Change Management: Manage scope change requests, assess their impact, and ensure proper approval and documentation; * Methodology: Apply best practices in project management (traditional, agile, or hybrid), keeping project documentation and artifacts up to date; * Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the evolution of the company’s project management processes and tools. Requirements and Qualifications **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:****Education:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or related fields.* Solid experience managing IT and/or business projects; * Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills; * Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
