Ensuring IT environment availability and continuous updates We currently have an opening for an IT Technician I (Temporary \- Vacation Coverage) and would like to confirm your interest; Salary: R$ R$ 2\.306,68 What will you do? Responsible for Level 1 user support and problem resolution at the unit (focal point). Strong expertise in supporting and installing hardware and software (desktops, notebooks, mobile phones, barcode scanners, printers, cameras, multimedia devices, etc.). Ensuring IT environment availability, stability, and continuous updates (hardware and software). Monitoring third-party services for maintenance of available IT infrastructure (meeting rooms, projection systems, multimedia equipment). Initiating technical support calls with IT solution providers to resolve technical and operational system issues. Supporting business area needs. Assisting in technology transition for User Experience and Environment Management teams (KT). Creating documentation and procedures Requirements: Field Service experience.
