Control of KPIs, inventory, and traceability Logistics Operations Leader **Responsibilities:** Lead and supervise operational activities related to receiving, warehousing, picking, movement, and shipping of refrigerated and frozen products in cold storage facilities. Coordinate the operational team by assigning tasks, providing guidance, and monitoring performance, ensuring proper use of thermal PPE. Monitor operational KPIs, inventory levels, product expiry dates, and traceability; support cycle counts and audits. Organize facility layout, drive continuous process improvement, and resolve operational deviations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and compliance with operational requirements. **Requirements:** Completed or currently pursuing Technical or Higher Education; relevant experience in the role; experience handling cold-chain cargo for work in cold storage facilities; residence in or easy access to Guarulhos. **Salary:** R$ 2\.649,25 **Benefits:** Medical Assistance, Meal Voucher, Transportation Voucher, Profit Sharing **Work Location:** R.
