Are you ready to join us? **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your day-to-day will include**: * Daily remote work. Availability for short trips (interior of SP and PR); * Strong project management and people management skills, with a proven track record of successfully delivering production projects, focusing on quality, cost, and schedule; * Responsibility for delivering two store automation projects, overseeing team activities, resolving conflicts, reporting progress, and ensuring delivery quality; * Solid project management, spreadsheet, and presentation skills; people skills for conflict resolution and negotiation; strong delivery drive; * Prepare reports, monitor corrective and preventive actions to address non-conformities, and participate in continuous improvement projects; * Monitor business process performance, identifying and assessing non-conformities and their impact on processes and customers; * Draft or review documents or records related to business needs; * Translate business requirements into backlog items for the development team; * Act as a knowledge multiplier, providing technical support to peers; * Requirements analysis. * It would be a strong advantage if you can attend client’s office in São Paulo for alignment meetings/reports; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in the supermarket sector; * Requirements gathering; * Development team management; * Presentation techniques. **Work Model** * Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM * Hybrid model * Location: Indianópolis \- SP **NOTE:** Hey!
