Description
**Job Objective**
Plan, coordinate, and supervise all productive activities of the operational unit, ensuring achievement of production, quality, safety, and internal compliance targets.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage the production process, ensuring operational efficiency and on-time delivery. Plan and control production according to commercial demand and operational capacity.
* Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), such as productivity, losses, rework, and efficiency.
* Coordinate production teams, promoting development, engagement, and operational discipline.
* Ensure process compliance, guaranteeing correct separation and delivery of medications.
* Lead and collaborate with Quality, Production Planning and Control (PCP), and Maintenance departments regarding production-related matters. Ensure traceability of produced batches.
* Manage industrial costs, proposing improvements and waste reduction.
* Lead continuous improvement projects (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma).
Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety, quality, and environmental regulations.

**Requirements:**
**Bachelor’s degree required:** Production Engineering / Chemical Engineering / General Engineering / Pharmacy.
**Experience:** Minimum of 5 years in Production Management (Pharmaceutical sector preferred)
**Technical Knowledge**
* ANVISA regulations / Production Planning and Control (PCP) / Production indicators (OEE, productivity, losses) / Continuous improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma) / Systems / BI.
