You bridge product strategy, system architecture, and technical execution, coordinating end-to-end development initiatives. In partnership with technology, business, and operations teams, you ensure our platforms meet customer needs and keep pace with market evolution. Your work is fundamental to establishing Fiserv as a global benchmark in FinTech. **What you’ll do:** * Lead software development teams, defining priorities, goals, and tracking deliveries * Plan and coordinate the system lifecycle, from design through implementation and maintenance * Ensure adoption of software engineering best practices, security, performance, and quality * Collaborate with product and business teams to translate requirements into feasible technical specifications * Participate in architectural decisions, integrations, and technological evolution of systems under your management * Monitor development metrics (quality, productivity, stability) and implement improvements * Manage project risks, dependencies, and deadlines, ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders * Develop and support the technical and behavioral growth of the development team **What you need:** * Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields * Experience in software development and leading technical teams * Knowledge of system architectures, integrations, and software engineering best practices * Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects and concurrent demands * Strong communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills with technical and business teams **What would be great to have (Preferred):** * Experience with financial services solutions, payment methods, or high-availability platforms * Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps in development environments * Familiarity with observability practices, automated testing, and CI/CD * Prior involvement in system modernization projects, APIs, and cloud architecture migration * Intermediate or advanced English for a multinational environment **Our Culture:** Our aspiration is to move money and information in a way that moves the world.
