Support inventory and demand analysis, contributing to continuous improvement. ### **About the Position** We are looking for a **Junior Procurement Analyst** to support departmental activities by placing procurement orders for store inventory replenishment and ensuring smooth operational functioning. ### **Responsibilities** * Assist in the routine tasks of the Procurement Department. * Place procurement orders for store inventory replenishment. * Maintain direct contact with **store managers** and **internal teams**, aligning requirements and deadlines. * Monitor requests, delivery timelines, and ensure accuracy throughout the process. * Maintain updated records and support analyses related to inventory and demand. * Contribute to continuous process improvement. ### **Requirements** * Advanced **Excel** proficiency (including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and formulas). * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related fields. * Strong communication skills, approachability, and a welcoming attitude. * Sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple concurrent demands. * Analytical and organized mindset. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Familiarity with the **cosmetics** industry or beauty retail sector. * Prior experience in procurement or supply chain functions. Minimum Education Level: High School Diploma
