Providing essential support to the workflow of designers Our client is an MEP engineering firm. We seek a professional to develop technical drawings and prepare multidisciplinary base files for building installation projects. This role is fundamental in supporting the workflow of Mid-level and Senior Designers, ensuring technical accuracy, organization, and adherence to standards and utility company procedures. **✨Responsibilities and Duties** * Base File Management: Clean and organize architectural, structural, HVAC, and landscape base files, preparing them for project initiation. * Modeling and Drafting: Daily use of CAD tools and AltoQi Builder (Electrical and Hydraulic) in a technical environment. * Standardization: Perform adjustments, basic coordination, and layer preparation to ensure compliance with internal procedures. * Project Support: Assist in developing electrical, hydraulic, and infrastructure layouts under technical guidance. * Utility Company Interface: Support processes related to major utility providers (Sabesp, Gas, and Energy: Enel, CPFL, EDP). * Technical Analysis: Perform basic reading of architectural and structural drawings. * Deadline Management: Adhere to internal schedules and actively collaborate with the technical team. Requirements: * Software: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD. * Knowledge: Basic ability to read architectural and structural drawings. * Organization: Proficiency in file organization, layers, and external references (XREFs). * Preferred Qualification: Experience with utility company processes (not mandatory). * Academic Background: Completed Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a Technology degree in Civil Construction, Technical Course in Building Construction, Civil Technology, or related fields. **✨Behavioral Profile** * Strong interpersonal communication skills and focus on teamwork. * Proactivity, eagerness to learn, and commitment to continuous technical development. * Commitment to deadlines, responsibility, and discipline.
