Applying quality and food safety standards **Description**: ***Main Responsibilities:*** * Physical receipt and inspection of materials. Physical inventory of auxiliary materials. * Cyclical inventory of maintenance materials. * Locating and delivering maintenance parts to plant users via maintenance orders. * Issuing packaging invoices to suppliers and transfers to Fem sa units. * Issuing invoices for industrialization. * Completing the chemical product movement control report for the plant. * Registering plant maintenance materials. Controlling materials held by third parties. * Maintaining control over materials sent for repair. * Organizing and archiving documents related to the warehouse. * Performing activities related to the Quality and Food Safety Management System by executing procedures described in internal routines. * Complying with waste management rules applicable to their area. * Understanding Aspects and Impacts (APIR). * Complying with occupational health and safety rules and standards, as outlined in internal routine procedures. * Performing other duties related to the position. * Implementing and analyzing system controls and loss controls, the MOM Manual, and the Integrated Management System across Manufacturing production lines. * Arranging celebrations and Happy Hours for departments (via Concur/SAP/Ariba). * Arranging transportation, air tickets, accommodations, and car rentals for departmental events (via Concur/SAP/Ariba). **Other Requirements**: * Education: Completed or ongoing Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, or related fields. * Desired Experience: Prior experience in the main activities required for this position is desirable.
