We currently have an opportunity for a Supply Analyst position.** **If you meet the requirements for this opportunity, please apply and feel free to share it with your professional network.** **Our job openings are inclusive.** **\#TICTrens \#opportunities** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure procurement of products and services for the company’s operational costs and investments through supplier relationship management; * Contribute to business profitability by participating in key negotiations and defining procurement strategies; * Support business needs while staying attuned to market trends; * Plan and control inputs according to the requirements of the responsible department; * Conduct due diligence and verify compliance with the company’s compliance policies; * Fulfill internal and external requests and requirements, ensuring delivery within compliance standards; * Analyze procurement, storage, and material handling processes; * Place orders for project EPCs; * Analyze negotiation and cost reduction processes with suppliers — conducting competitive analysis regarding optimal pricing, product/service quality, payment terms, delivery schedules, and maintenance; * Ensure all processes are properly documented and reported via system; * Perform procurement, delivery, and service provision follow-up, based on reports extracted from the system; * Experience in procurement of indirect materials, equipment, parts, spare parts, and machinery. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, Logistics, or related fields. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, is desirable; * Knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) software (SAP). **Additional Information** Benefits: Medical and dental assistance (Sulámerica) Meal allowance: R$ 1\.154,00 Transportation voucher Profit-sharing program (PLR) Wellhub TIC Trens Concessionaire is a company of Grupo Comporte (a Brazilian holding comprising companies in road and urban passenger transport, cargo, and tourism) and CRRC (a leading Chinese company in manufacturing and supplying railway materials and supplies worldwide). TIC Trens will be responsible for the implementation, operation, and maintenance of the North Axis Intercity Train, connecting São Paulo to Campinas, reaching speeds of up to 140 km/h, with capacity for up to 860 passengers per trip. The 101-km route will provide express service between Barra Funda Terminal, Jundiaí, and Campinas, with a travel time of 64 minutes. Additionally, there will be the Intermunicipal Train (TIM) between Jundiaí and Campinas, covering 44 kilometers and taking 33 minutes. The project also includes operation, maintenance, and modernization of São Paulo’s Line 7-Rubi metropolitan rail line.
