Job Summary: Production Leader in plastic injection, responsible for managing the team, ensuring production targets, quality, safety, and process optimization. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the plastic injection team, ensuring targets and quality. 2. Address production process issues and drive optimization. 3. Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and PCP. **Position: Production Leader – Plastic Injection** **Responsibilities:** * Lead the production team in the plastic injection area, ensuring achievement of production targets, quality, and safety; * Monitor operator performance, providing guidance and feedback as needed; * Assign tasks and ensure proper operation of injection molding machines; * Monitor production KPIs (productivity, scrap rate, efficiency, downtime); * Ensure compliance with quality standards and internal procedures; * Address issues arising in the production process; * Support mold changeovers (setup) and adjustment of injection parameters; * Maintain organization and cleanliness of the area (5S); * Collaborate closely with maintenance, quality, and PCP. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in a leadership role within plastic injection; * Knowledge of injection molding machine adjustment and injection processes; * Ability to read and interpret production indicators; * Familiarity with quality concepts and continuous improvement; * Completed high school education (technical training in plastics, mechanics, or related fields is preferred). **Competencies:** * Leadership and team management; * Proactivity and sense of urgency; * Strong communication skills; * Organization and results orientation. **Advantages:** * Experience with various types of plastic resins; * Knowledge of quality tools (5S, Kaizen, etc.).
