Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring food service to patients, companions, and medical staff in accordance with hygiene and food safety standards, and for preparing and distributing meals, coffees, and coffee breaks. Clean and store food, ensuring quality of service Ensure food service for patients, companions, and institutional medical staff, strictly adhering to hygiene and food safety standards. Will serve and collect meal trays from patients and companions, performing tray preparation and verification routines, diet and counter checks according to established standards, as well as serving the executive board, management, and other institutional departments by preparing and distributing meals, coffees, and coffee breaks as per the scheduled plan; cleaning, storing, and preserving food, utensils, and equipment while ensuring food hygiene and service quality. Knowledge of diet identification, basic pathology and hospital diets, environmental organization, food handling and hygiene techniques, inventory and expiry date control, and waste management will be advantageous.
