Preparing and restocking items for service **Job Description:** Responsible for assisting waiters with service in the dining room, contributing to maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment, and ensuring high-quality service for members and customers. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in setting up and organizing dining room tables; * Set up, sanitize, organize, and restock the buffet; * Prepare bread service (couvert) and other necessary service items; * Collect utensils from tables and clean and organize the space; * Sanitize and sterilize utensils and equipment; * Support service to members and customers as needed; * Ensure proper care and maintenance of departmental utensils and equipment; * Maintain cleanliness and organization standards as per established guidelines.
