Experience with foreign trade regulations **MAGNA Executive Search, in partnership with a food industry company located in Itaim Bibi/SP, is seeking:** **EXPORT ANALYST** *(100% on-site work model)* **Prerequisites:** * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Logistics, Business Management Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in export processes. * Knowledge of foreign trade regulations, procedures, and export flow. * Intermediate English. * Microsoft Office suite. **Main Responsibilities:** * Handle the export process for soluble coffee and derivatives, ensuring logistical performance and management support. * Arrange shipment and pre-shipment sample deliveries to customers and keep them informed. * Request issuance of insurance certificates. * Provide shipment information to customers in the USA, complying with the country’s legislation. * Maintain post-sale process documentation. * Support all maritime, road, and air shipping procedures. * Arrange issuance and review of sales contracts, proforma invoices, and production orders (external and domestic markets). * Arrange issuance and review of customer kits. * Obtain freight quotations and arrange dispatch of frozen coffee samples via air freight forwarders. * Arrange delivery of development samples to customers. * Manage the process for regulatory approval of samples with the competent authority (Anvisa).
