Job Summary: Junior Import/Export Analyst responsible for monitoring import processes, documentation, preparing reports, and identifying improvements. Key Highlights: 1. What will be your responsibilities? * Monitor document flow for import processes involving approximately 4 million tons of bulk cargo (phosphate or potash), aligned with vessel arrival schedules, coordinating customs clearance alongside the Bahamas process; * Work closely with the planning and port teams to align documentation and vessel berthing information; * Record documentation in the CE\+ system; * Prepare import operation reports for Accounting and Sourcing departments — Risk Position; * Identify opportunities to improve operational processes; * Manage receipt, verification, and payment of demurrage; * Control and monitor third-party demurrage positions; * Support the Coordinator in renewing customs broker contracts and powers of attorney; * Responsible for managing medium-complexity processes. What are we looking for? * Completed undergraduate degree; * Knowledge of import/export procedures; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. What is your working schedule?
