Multidisciplinary collaboration to optimize processes The IT Trading area is a strategic and highly dynamic unit within the organization, dedicated to developing and maintaining technological solutions that capture and process trading operations originating from multiple market sources—such as brokers, stock exchanges, and digital channels. This diversity of sources demands that solutions be robust, scalable, and capable of integrating large volumes of data in real time, ensuring the accuracy and agility required in the financial environment. In addition to the IT Trading team, there is also the Asset Governance team, which complements the ecosystem by collecting, consolidating, and validating information from various market sources, ensuring the quality and reliability of data feeding internal processes. These teams operate in close collaboration with multiple business areas—including operations, finance, trading, compliance, and regulatory functions. This multidisciplinary integration aims not only to optimize internal processes but also to ensure compliance with financial market regulations and standards, while delivering an efficient and secure experience for end users. The primary challenge faced by this area is ensuring the scalability and robustness of the trading pipeline—that is, guaranteeing that the system supports growth in transaction volume without performance degradation or data integrity loss. This includes implementing resilient architectures, automated validation processes, and continuous monitoring so that all information flows correctly through to the final stage of the product pipeline, where it is processed for analysis, settlement, and reporting.
