We have a new opening for a **Senior Communications Analyst** at our São Paulo office! We are currently operating in a hybrid model — 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. Learn more about us! **Your Career at Edelman** **Edelman Latin America** **Scope of Responsibilities** * Serve as the primary account contact, leading day-to-day client relationships and interfacing with their internal teams (local, regional, and global). * Strategically advise clients on communications, reputation, cultural trends, and narrative opportunities. * Participate in and lead calls, status updates, presentations, alignment meetings, and briefings—ensuring clarity of deliverables, critical thinking, and a consultative approach. * Develop and implement strategic communications plans focused on earned media, culture, behavior, and digital influence. * Independently manage press and influencer relationships, including proactive pitching, negotiating opportunities, responding to requests, and identifying agendas aligned with the client’s positioning. * Develop narratives, press notes, press releases, media alerts, briefings, and key messages with editorial excellence. * Identify opportunities, trends, and cultural conversations that strengthen the brand’s storytelling across media and social platforms. * Accompany journalists and influencers during interviews, activations, and events. * Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring excellence, agility, and organization. * Prepare reports, performance analyses, daily media clippings, and strategic insights on media, behavior, competition, and industry. * Develop and manage timelines, tactical budgets, and vendor oversight (press kits, branded content, activations). * Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate workflows and guide professionals at various levels when needed. * Support crisis and issues management by providing strategic guidance and ongoing risk monitoring—particularly regarding security, relationships, culture, and digital behavior. **Required Qualifications** * Degree in Journalism, Public Relations, or related fields; * Fluent English; * Proven experience working with major clients—preferably in consumer technology, behavior, and lifestyle sectors. Prior experience engaging with press covering behavior, technology, society, and culture; * Desired knowledge of and interest in the dating app market, culture, emerging apps, digital behavior, and diversity—including regulatory topics related to security and privacy; * Soft Skills: Proactivity, agility, and organization are essential.
