At Easy Star, we seek a professional with experience in short-term rentals (short stay) and proficiency in key industry platforms. This role is responsible for actively and systematically overseeing the entire guest journey, ensuring smooth operations, effective communication, and alignment with the company’s quality standards. The job involves direct guest interaction, reservation management, communication with property owners, coordination with cleaning and maintenance teams, and recording processes in internal systems. Strong organizational skills, professional demeanor, and systemic thinking are essential to maintaining daily operational excellence. * Always present guests and clients with the best available reservation options * Contact clients to prepare for check\-in and update the system * Serve as the primary point of contact for guests during their stay, providing support and personalized service * Grant guest access at building entrances, ensuring a smooth check\-in process * Develop scheduling plans and monitor execution by cleaning teams, ensuring thorough sanitation of all areas * Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance services across units, ensuring accommodations remain in perfect condition * Conduct apartment inventory check\-lists for replenishment, maintaining service quality * Ensure service standardization to maximize guest satisfaction * Provide operational support as needed, contributing to overall operational efficiency **Mandatory Requirements:** * Prior experience in short-term rental (short stay) * Familiarity with platforms: Stays, Booking, Airbnb, Expedia, and Field Control * Experience in customer service and communication via WhatsApp and e\-mail * Strong written communication skills, organization, proactivity, and sense of responsibility
