Job Summary: The IT Intern will support the maintenance, improvement, and technical support of systems, infrastructure, and technological processes, while developing technical and behavioral competencies. Develop technical and behavioral competencies Alubar is hiring an **Intern** to work in the **Information Technology** area at its unit located in **São Paulo.** The Intern will be responsible for supporting Information Technology department activities, contributing to the maintenance, improvement, and support of the company’s systems, infrastructure, and technological processes, while simultaneously developing technical and behavioral competencies related to the IT field. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities:** Provide technical support to users (hardware, software, systems, and networks); Assist in maintaining and updating internal systems; Support incident tracking and issue logging in IT tools; Assist in installing and updating software; Support documentation of IT processes, systems, and routines; Contribute to system testing, improvements, and new projects; Support the team in operational and administrative tasks within the department. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Basic Education:** Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program from the 4th semester onwards in Systems Analysis and Development; Computer Science; Computer Engineering; Systems Engineering; Software Engineering; or Information Systems. * **Languages:** Advanced English. **Additional Information** #### **What We Offer** * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Alubar Group is a manufacturing industry providing solutions in electrical cables, aluminum rebars, and aluminum alloys, operating in the areas of electricity transmission and distribution.
