The Information Security Governance area is responsible for creating, organizing, and maintaining security policies, standards, and processes, ensuring compliance with recognized frameworks and standards, as well as supporting internal and external audits. ### ### **Key Responsibilities** * Support Information Security Governance by contributing to the creation, organization, and maintenance of security policies, standards, and procedures. * Support internal and external audit processes, with a focus on frameworks and standards such as ISO, NIST, and related ones. * Assist in inventorying and organizing documented information (policies, controls, evidence, and records). * Support the analysis of information security controls, evaluating compliance and maturity. * Contribute to risk management processes, including identification, analysis, and monitoring of security risks. * Support the collection and organization of evidence for audits and compliance assessments. * Work closely with the Information Security team, reporting directly to and being supervised by Viviane. ### **Requirements** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in fields such as Information Security, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related areas. * Genuine interest in cybersecurity and information security governance. * Basic or academic knowledge of security standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO, NIST). * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong documentation ability. * Good written communication skills and willingness to learn. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Familiarity with ISO/IEC 42001 (AI Management System). * If unfamiliar, we expect at least curiosity and consistent updating on emerging standards in the field. * Academic or practical experience with audits, security controls, or risk management. * Interest in topics such as compliance, privacy, and governance.
