With a high-performance team of specialists across diverse areas of law, we seek professionals who combine deep knowledge of our clients’ businesses with a distinctive perspective to deliver unique, top-tier, sophisticated, and rigorous solutions. **Join our team!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Act as the Human Resources focal point for internal clients, providing comprehensive support to teams on all HR-related matters. * Establish and maintain an efficient interface with executive-level stakeholders, ensuring strategic alignment and effective communication across departments. * Develop and monitor HR performance indicators, presenting detailed analyses and proposing corrective actions when necessary. * Conduct exit interviews, providing constructive feedback and identifying opportunities for organizational improvement. * Monitor organizational climate, conducting performance evaluations and participating in calibration processes to ensure fairness and effectiveness in assessments. * Provide specialized consulting to leadership on people management, talent development, and team engagement. * Actively participate in the development and implementation of HR initiatives aligned with business needs and organizational culture. * Collaborate in defining and executing talent acquisition and retention strategies, contributing to strengthening the employer brand.
