The candidate will be responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience by delivering agile, courteous, and efficient support. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide customer service via digital channels (WhatsApp) * Greet customers in person with courtesy and professionalism; * Manage and respond to customer requests, inquiries, and needs; * Organize and securely release and deliver packages; * Maintain control and records of deliveries made; * Support in organizing the service environment. **Requirements:** * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organization and attention to detail; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Proactivity and professional demeanor. **Employment Type:** CLT **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday \- 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Location:** Anhangabaú \- Jundiaí.
