**[Tech] Senior Software Engineering - AI** =============================================== TOTVS | São Paulo - SP | Hybrid Job Description We are seeking professionals to develop and maintain software features that add value to our product and ensure customer satisfaction within our business segment. Responsibilities and Duties * Develop medium- and high-complexity technical solutions with minimal supervision and limited support, by implementing software requirements using the backend technologies involved in the project; * Possess in-depth knowledge of the software's backend architecture and be capable of working within it through analysis of its components, organization, and functionalities; * Create high-complexity tests—whether manual or automated—that cover the intended behavior of developed technical components, using requirements and testing tools; * Document development stages by recording them in version control and documentation tools; * Guide and collaborate with the development team to identify business, architectural, and design solutions through communication and knowledge sharing; * Maintain software quality by reviewing processes, tools, and best practices applicable to the product and technologies used; * Mentor less-senior developers by addressing their questions, sharing expertise, designing and architecting solutions, or recommending supporting documentation; * Detail medium- and high-complexity requirements through direct interaction with customers and project-related departments; * Build frameworks as needed to support solution development. Requirements and Qualifications * Education: Completed undergraduate degree in technology or related fields; * Technical Skills: * Backend programming languages (Node.js and TypeScript) — advanced level; * Fundamentals of backend frameworks (e.g., NestJS, Spring, Express, Rails, others) — advanced level; * Fundamentals of unit testing — advanced level; * Databases (Relational and NoSQL) — advanced level; * Agile software development methodologies — intermediate level preferred; * Software architecture (e.g., client-server, web, etc.); * Experience with application security and authentication (OAuth2, JWT); * Mentor junior and mid-level developers, and influence business decisions through technology; * Experience with message queues; * Knowledge of Serverless architecture; * Knowledge of AWS; * Experience using AI for code generation. Desired Qualifications * Experience with projects using Specification-Driven Development (SDD); * Knowledge of CI/CD; * AWS certifications.
