**Job Description:** We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Industrial Seamstress to join our production team. The professional will be responsible for operating industrial sewing machines to manufacture garments according to the company’s quality standards. **Responsibilities:** * Operate straight-stitch, overlock, binding, topstitching, and/or other specialized industrial sewing machines. * Assemble, finish, and inspect garment pieces. * Meet established quality and productivity standards. * Interpret patterns and work orders. * Maintain organization and cleanliness of the workstation. * Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and goals. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as an Industrial Seamstress. * Knowledge of various fabrics and sewing techniques. * Proficiency in operating different types of industrial sewing machines. * Attention to detail and finishing quality. * Agility, responsibility, and commitment. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in fashion, uniforms, lingerie, denim, or tailoring production (depending on the company’s segment). * Sewing course or technical training in the field. **Work Location:** \[Insert city and neighborhood, or indicate remote work if applicable] **Working Hours:** \[Insert working hours and shift, e.g., Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM] Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Contract Compensation: Starting at R$2,115.20 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Sewing (Mandatory)
