




Job Summary: Professional responsible for monitoring and developing young individuals enrolled in a socio-apprenticeship program, with emphasis on labor market retention and professional enhancement. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring and development of young apprentices 2. Focus on retention in the labor market and professional conduct 3. Behavioral and professional development through workshops Monitor and develop participants of the Socio-Apprenticeship Program, focusing on labor market retention and improvement of professional conduct. The professional will be responsible for monitoring apprentice attendance, recording absences in the system, and applying disciplinary measures, as required and in accordance with current legislation, including in cases of termination. Additionally, the professional will support behavioral and professional development of participants through workshop facilitation in training rooms. Other responsibilities include ensuring apprentices understand coexistence rules, as well as their rights and duties stipulated in the Apprenticeship Law, via integration processes and ongoing guidance. **Requirements:** Completed Higher Education Experience in integration, development, and support of individuals.
