Apply now and help build the future of technology with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan, design, and execute manual and/or automated test cases; * Identify, log, and track defects (bugs), ensuring resolution in coordination with the development team; * Validate functionalities, requirements, and acceptance criteria, ensuring delivery quality; * Participate in refinement, planning, and retrospective meetings (agile methodologies); * Design test scenarios and test data based on functional and non-functional requirements; * Execute functional, regression, integration, and exploratory tests; * Ensure compliance with quality standards and testing best practices; * Support continuous improvement of QA processes; * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (development, product, business). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Prior experience in software testing (manual and/or automated); * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban); * Experience with test and bug management tools (Jira, TestRail, Azure DevOps, etc.); * Familiarity with databases and SQL queries; * Knowledge of API testing (Postman, Insomnia, or similar); * Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC); * Knowledge of or familiarity with AI tools applied to development and testing (e.g., test case generation, assisted automation, data analysis); * Experience with test automation (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.); * Proficiency in programming languages (Java, JavaScript, Python, or similar); * Experience with AI tools applied to quality assurance (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, test-generation or intelligent-analysis tools); * Experience with testing in cloud environments and CI/CD pipelines; * Certification in software quality (CTFL/ISTQB); * Experience with performance testing (JMeter, k6\). **Additional Information** We are the **SysMap Group**, composed of the brands **SysMap Solutions, TriggoLabs, and triggo.ai**, an ecosystem of high-impact companies in the market, delivering innovative technology solutions that transform businesses and develop people.
