Strong commercial profile (hunter + manager) with a results-oriented mindset **Store Coordinator \| Commercial Profile (High Performance)** Cidade Patriarca – São Paulo/SP Rua Coruripe, 57 Monday to Friday \| 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM On-site Sector: Construction Equipment Rental Company What We Expect From You: We seek a professional with an owner's mindset, results focus, and strong commercial skills to lead our branch in the equipment rental sector. **Key Responsibilities:** Manage the complete store (branch) operations Lead, hold accountable, and develop the team Drive sales and unit performance Prospect new customers and expand the client portfolio Directly manage customer relationships Organize processes and ensure team productivity Conduct strategic external visits **Compensation (Aggressive Earnings):** Fixed salary: R$ 2\.500,00 Commission: 1.5% of branch collections Minimum guarantee: between R$ 4\.000,00 and R$ 5\.000,00 (depending on profile) **Benefits:** Meal voucher: R$ 35/day Transportation voucher TotalPass Pharmacy benefits **Ideal Profile:** Experience in team leadership and store or branch management Strong commercial profile (hunter \+ manager) Focus on goals, results, and financial growth Proactivity, organization, and sense of urgency Strong communication and negotiation skills Experience in equipment rental companies is a plus Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education) Driver's License: Class B
