Here, you will find an innovative, collaborative environment focused on people’s and the business’s development. **Join Amigoz** and learn more about the challenge within the **Products** team. **Responsibilities and Duties** Act as the responsible party for **coordinating projects and product evolution for Payroll-Deducted Cards and/or Benefit Cards**, ensuring efficient backlog management, cross-departmental alignment, and guiding the team toward building **scalable, sustainable, and business-objective-aligned solutions**. * Manage and prioritize the **product backlog**, ensuring alignment among strategy, business needs, regulatory requirements, and customer experience. * Act as the liaison between **business, technology, partners, and internal departments** (Legal, Credit, Operations, Commercial, Compliance). * Coordinate product project execution, ensuring **deliverables meet deadlines, scope, and expected quality**. * Support definition of roadmap, epics, and strategic initiatives, focusing on **scale, operational efficiency, and value generation**. * Guide the team in building solutions that support base growth, increased average transaction value, and improved profitability. * Ensure projects comply with **payroll deduction rules, agreements, benefits, BACEN regulations, and applicable legislation**. * Monitor product and project metrics (OKRs, KPIs, SLAs, throughput), proposing continuous improvements. * Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, proactively mitigating them. * Lead monitoring rituals (planning, refinement, executive checkpoints). * Support team development, promoting clarity of objectives, prioritization, and autonomy. **Skills and Prerequisites** * Prior experience as a **Project Coordinator, Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role**. * Experience with **financial products**, preferably: Payroll-Deducted Cards, Benefit Cards, Payroll-Deducted Credit, or payment methods. * Solid experience in **backlog management and prioritization**. * Knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean). * Ability to translate business requirements into **clear and scalable specifications**. * Experience leading multidisciplinary projects. * Familiarity with regulated environments. **Differentiators** * Experience integrating partners (banks, corbans, acquirers). * Experience with large-scale products OR rapid-growth cycles. * Experience with profitability metrics, CAC, LTV, and product margin. * Experience in digital transformation or product restructuring. **Our Benefits** Meal/food allowance (flexible) Health insurance Dental insurance ✅ Life insurance Transportation allowance Gympass / Wellhub SESC Childcare assistance Bonus At **Amigoz**, we are specialists in transforming the payroll-deducted credit experience into simple, agile, and accessible solutions.
