Job Summary: Customer service professional responsible for technical support, return management, report generation, sales identification, and promotion of environmental practices. Key Highlights: 1. Promote environmental practices and sustainability FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES * Address customer requests, providing support and resolving technical issues, complaints, and inquiries quickly and efficiently; * Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to assess satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for improvement in the company's processes, products, and services; * Prepare post-sales performance reports and metrics, monitoring results and continuously pursuing improvements in customer service; * Manage product returns and exchanges, analyzing root causes and proposing preventive and corrective actions; * Track technical support requests, ensuring agile and efficient problem resolution; * Generate monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual reports with KPIs to assist management in monitoring and decision-making across company departments and with customers. * Identify opportunities for selling additional products and services, offering customized solutions aligned with customer needs and expectations; * Participate in meetings with sales, marketing, and technical support teams to align strategies and processes and ensure excellence in customer service; * Conduct training and capacity-building sessions for the customer service team to enhance technical and behavioral skills required for high-quality service. * Implement selective waste collection within the department, comply with environmental policies, objectives, procedures, and guidelines, * Possess knowledge of significant environmental aspects and impacts associated with their role, * Contribute to improvements aimed at environmental protection, * Share knowledge about best environmental practices with all colleagues working in their area whenever possible. **Minimum Education:** Bachelor's Degree
