If you are proactive, analytical, and passionate about promoting safe and sustainable work environments, this opportunity is for you. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Identify occupational hazards and propose preventive and corrective solutions; * Analyze work methods and implement risk control measures; * Execute and monitor occupational safety and hygiene programs; * Develop and review safety procedures and standards; * Promote training, awareness campaigns, and events (e.g., SIPAT); * Inspect collective and individual protective equipment (PPE/EPI); * Act in environmental preservation and waste management; * Guide employees and third-party companies on safety regulations; * Conduct statistical accident analysis and propose improvements; * Support HR with information on occupational risks; * Evaluate environmental conditions and issue technical opinions; * Ensure compliance with current legislation; * Monitor area performance indicators; * Address non-conformities and support audits; * Conduct inspections, control, and management of PPE; * Analyze DGR and documentary compliance (vehicles, equipment, etc.). ### **Desirable Requirements** * Technical Course in Occupational Safety with active registration; * Minimum 6 months of experience in the role; * Knowledge of safety, health, and environmental regulations; ### **Advantages** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree; * Fire Brigade and First Aid certification; * Knowledge of Ergonomics; * Forklift Operator Instructor certification; * NR-35, SASSMAQ, or related standards; ### **Behavioral Competencies** * Proactivity and sense of responsibility; * Strong communication and training skills; * Analytical mindset and attention to detail; * Organization and results orientation; Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Availability for visits to other TSA branches across the state of São Paulo.
