Description: * Bachelor's degree in Law, registered with the Brazilian Bar Association. * At least 3 years of legal experience, particularly in handling extrajudicial matters. * Experience in Environmental Law. * Basic proficiency in Excel. * Basic proficiency in PowerPoint. * Monitor internal extrajudicial matters and those handled by third-party service providers, in accordance with the Legal Department’s strategies and objectives. * Provide information and support to contractors, serving as an intermediary between them and the Technical and/or Operational Units. * Provide legal opinions on cases of lower complexity, as defined by Management guidelines. * Assist in monitoring records and/or entries made by contractors in the Legal Department’s computerized legal control systems. * Assist in supervising the recording of environmental penalty contingencies, performed by contractors. * Stay updated on the Legal Department’s guidelines and goals, as well as relevant legislation and case law, especially in the field of environmental law. * Perform other duties compatible with the position, as expressly assigned by Management. 2512170202551871282
