Job Summary: We are seeking a Biology professional engaged in environmental management, conservation, and wildlife management, with a focus on monitoring and assessing impacts for a more sustainable future. People committed to making our society a space of citizenship—increasingly fair and culturally diverse. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure compliance with environmental obligations established in contracts, coordinating activities related to environmental management and conservation. * Prepare detailed technical reports on performed activities, monitoring results, and environmental assessments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations. * Conduct periodic monitoring of the natural environment—including fauna and flora—to assess changes and identify potential environmental impacts. * Participate in daily operations and management of protected natural areas, ensuring ecosystem conservation and wildlife welfare. * Assess environmental aspects and impacts of human activities, proposing mitigation measures and environmental adaptation. * Support environmental and operational assessment of new projects and concession contracts, providing technical analyses and recommendations to minimize negative environmental impacts. * Conduct technical inspections in natural areas, identifying potential environmental issues and proposing appropriate solutions. * Collaborate with the Wildlife Division and Health Surveillance, sharing information and contributing to the implementation of control and prevention measures for zoonotic diseases. * Perform wildlife management when necessary, following safety and animal welfare protocols. \- Preparation of reports for tree removal and pruning. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required:** * Degree in Biology * Familiarity with environmental monitoring techniques, protected area management, environmental impact assessment, wildlife management, and technical report writing; * Knowledge of wildlife handling and care **Desirable:** * Park experience is a differentiator. **Additional Information** **Work Location:** Horto Florestal Park **Work Mode:** On-site (5x2\) **Benefits:** Transportation allowance Meal voucher Health insurance Private pension plan Life insurance Auster (emotional support) Gympass **Urbia**, one of the companies of Grupo Construcap, is the concessionaire responsible for managing Ibirapuera Park and other parks in São Paulo and Southern Brazil.
