




Job Summary: We are seeking an analytical and curious Electrical/Mechanical Engineer to monitor performance, coordinate operations, lead projects, and optimize solar power plants. Technical project leadership and performance analysis Description: What We Expect From You: * Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with active CREA registration; * Solid experience with photovoltaic power plants (medium- and large-scale); * Technical expertise in the solar field and familiarity with NBR and NR standards (NR10, NR12, NR35\); * Proficiency in PVsyst, AutoCAD, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite; * Skills in technical project management and performance analysis (PR, availability, irradiance); * Willingness to travel frequently. * Analytical mindset, curiosity, and exceptional drive. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities: * Monitor solar power plant performance by analyzing data, KPIs, and reports via SCADA, PVsyst, and technical reports; * Coordinate operations, maintenance, and construction works across solar assets (civil, electrical, and mechanical); * Conduct technical analyses and performance simulations of power plants, identify losses, and propose improvements; * Ensure safety, technical compliance, and energy efficiency at all stages; * Lead project tracking and action plans, ensuring schedules and targets remain on track; * Perform technical benchmarking and continuous improvement, comparing industry practices and proposing innovative solutions; * Collaborate with O\&M teams, suppliers, and Suno’s technical team to ensure smooth communication and results-oriented focus. 2512060202191849081
