The company emphasizes efficiency, quality, and technical feasibility, delivering solutions aligned with client requirements and industry standards. The CAD Designer will be responsible for developing technical designs for metallic cladding systems for roofs and façades, working autonomously on medium-complexity projects. They will play a critical role in project coordination, technical feasibility analysis, and execution support, ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance with technical standards. Work will be conducted primarily in the office, with occasional site visits, directly contributing to project efficiency and resource optimization. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Engineering, or related fields; * 2–4 years of experience in technical design (preferably in structures or metallic cladding); * Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D (mandatory); * Intermediate-level knowledge of Revit; * Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings; * Familiarity with applicable technical standards; * Basic understanding of fabrication and assembly processes; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Intermediate English (preferred); * Analytical and detail-oriented mindset; * Strong organizational skills and technical responsibility; * Ability to work independently; * Good communication and collaboration with technical teams; * Problem-solving capability; * Proactivity and commitment to deadlines and quality. **Responsibilities:** * Develop technical designs for metallic cladding systems for roofs and façades; * Create technical drawings and details using AutoCAD and/or Revit; * Coordinate designs across disciplines (structure, architecture, MEP); * Analyze technical feasibility and propose optimized solutions; * Monitor fabrication and assembly processes per design specifications; * Perform material quantity takeoffs; * Prepare technical reports and project documentation; * Participate in technical meetings and design reviews; * Conduct occasional site visits for data collection and validation; * Support continuous improvement of technical processes and solutions.
