Follow us on LinkedIn to stay updated with all our news: https://www.linkedin.com/company/f1rstdigitalservices We have an opening for you to become an **IT Leader (Solutions)** **In this role, you will:** * Act as a technical reference in solution engineering, supporting cross-functional teams on critical projects and systems. * Validate architectures of complex systems, integrating diverse technologies and platforms. * Lead technical discussions and propose innovative solutions to business challenges. * Define best practices and technological evolution strategies aligned with business needs. * Recommend solutions based on application performance, security, scalability, and resilience. * Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and architecture teams to ensure high-value deliveries. * Support the definition and implementation of cloud (AWS) migration, integration, and modernization strategies. * Disseminate technical knowledge and foster a culture of architectural excellence across the organization. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Proven experience in high-complexity solution architecture projects. * Demonstrated experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, and On-Premises), including cloud-native architecture design. * Strong knowledge of system integration, microservices, APIs, relational and non-relational databases. * Experience defining and implementing architecture standards and frameworks. * Proficiency in security, performance, scalability, and resilience practices for distributed systems. * Excellent communication skills, collaborative mindset, and ability to operate effectively in multidisciplinary environments. Cloud and/or solution architecture certifications are desirable. * **Desirable Qualifications:** * Experience in digital transformation and modernization of legacy environments. * Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Solution Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Architect). * Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation.
