Our goal is to provide merchants with a new payment method to increase sales in a simple, straightforward, and agile way; at the same time, we aim to give people the opportunity to purchase what they desire without being burdened by high credit card interest rates. **Responsibilities and Duties** We are looking for a **Data Analytics Coordinator** to lead our Analytics area, serving as the central data focal point within Pagaleve. This person will be responsible for guiding end\-to\-end analytical strategy: from data modeling and database organization to delivering insights and analyses that support critical business decisions. You will lead people, processes, and priorities, ensuring data maturity, quality, and consistency, while skillfully navigating between technology and business areas to transform data into tangible value. **Key Challenges of this Opportunity:** * Lead Pagaleve’s **Data Analytics** front, defining strategy, priorities, and best practices for data, analytics, and information consumption. * Manage a hybrid team (Analytics Engineering \+ Analytics), ensuring governance, sustainability of data assets, and delivery of highly complex analytical outputs. * Build and evolve the data ecosystem using **Snowflake**, **AWS**, **Python**, **SQL**, **DBT**, and **Metabase**, guaranteeing performance, scalability, and consistency. * Bridge technology and business: deeply understand the needs of various departments (Product, Credit, Operations, Commercial, etc.) and translate those needs into analytical solutions. * Lead discussions on data usage, democratization of access, metric standardization, data quality, and best practices for exploration and documentation. * Ensure complex analyses, exploratory studies, and strategic diagnostics support high-impact decision-making. * Serve as a technical and strategic reference: represent data topics in meetings, debates, and executive-level decisions, communicating complex concepts objectively. * Monitor performance of the analytical ecosystem, data quality metrics, pipeline reliability, and efficiency of Analytics Engineering workflows. * Foster a collaborative environment built on continuous learning and excellence, developing team members and elevating the company’s analytical maturity. **Requirements and Qualifications** **This role is right for you if…** * You have previously worked as a Senior Analyst or Coordinator in **Data Analytics**, **Analytics Engineering**, **BI**, or related functions. * You possess solid experience with **Programming**, Databases, Cloud platforms, and GitHub. * You hold a structured perspective on **data modeling**, orchestration, documentation, and data quality. * You can effectively navigate between technology and business, explaining complex topics in simple terms. * You demonstrate strong leadership skills, demand prioritization ability, roadmap organization, and strategic direction capability. * You feel comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and simultaneous demands. * You are impact-oriented and possess a strong analytical mindset, capable of extracting insights and recommending actions. * You are proactive, organized, decisive, and elevate your team’s technical level. **What We Consider a Plus** * Experience with visualization tools (Metabase, Tableau, Power BI). * Experience with data governance, naming conventions, taxonomies, and semantic layers. * Prior experience in fintechs, payments, credit, or high-volume transactional environments. **Additional Information** * Competitive compensation; * For your well\-being and that of your family, we offer health insurance covering 100% of the primary insured and 75% for the first dependent; * Dental insurance; * Monthly discount voucher for stores accepting Pix Parcelado; * Birthday day off; * iFood Benefits; * Gympass; * Flexible work model with office access in Vila Olímpia, SP.
