We are looking for a Data Analyst to perform data analysis and transform it into strategic insights, supporting business decision-making. You will collaborate closely with product, IT, operations, and leadership teams, helping answer critical questions through clear analyses, dashboards, and reports. **Key Responsibilities:** * Collect, organize, and analyze large volumes of data; * Create dashboards and reports for monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs); * Identify patterns, trends, and improvement opportunities; * Support business areas with ad hoc analyses; * Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity; * Document data processes and models; * Collaborate with product, technology, and business teams. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or currently enrolled in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or related fields; * Proficiency in SQL; * Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker); * Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets; * Basic understanding of data modeling and business metrics; * Strong analytical reasoning and communication skills to explain data simply. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis; * Experience with databases (e.g., BigQuery, PostgreSQL, MySQL); * Familiarity with statistics and/or machine learning; * Prior experience in the company’s industry segment (virtual concierge and monitoring operations). **What We Offer:** A challenging and collaborative environment with growth potential.
