Job Summary:
A professional responsible for managing e-commerce digital customer service, aiming to deliver the best possible customer experience while operating and analyzing online sales data.

The e-commerce department is responsible for managing all digital customer service—including website, marketplaces, phone, and WhatsApp—with the objective of delivering the best possible customer experience.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Provide customer service across digital sales channels and platforms
* Assist customers and answer their questions
* Track orders and monitor service levels across all channels
* Analyze data, comparisons, metrics, and conduct data collection
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed High School education
* Experience in automotive parts sales
* Experience with marketplaces, primarily Mercado Livre, Shopee, Amazon, and others
* Proactive, organized, focused, creative, dynamic, and communicative profile
* Platform integration and automation (Tray, Protheus, Mercado Livre, Shopee, etc.)
* Development and monitoring of dashboards for real-time commercial team management
