**Responsibilities and Duties** **Job Mission:** Coordinate supervisors responsible for installing water and effluent treatment systems, meeting client requirements.
**Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities**
* Coordinate and supervise electromechanical assembly progress alongside supervisors;
* Plan, schedule, and control CAPEX projects;
* Conduct periodic field visits to ensure installations comply with project specifications and maintain the quality of activities performed by supervisors;
* Participate in meetings with clients or internally to ensure good relationships and adherence to contractual deadlines;
* Develop action plans with supervisors to correct scheduling and quality deviations in installations;
* Verify materials and request additional items as needed, together with supervisors;
* Interact with Commercial, Planning, Process, Engineering, Electrical, and Automation departments;
* Review engineering drawings and processes, ensuring assemblies comply with applicable standards;
* Hold meetings and prepare reports to address project deviations and ensure continuous improvement;
* Draft Technical Specifications for contracting electromechanical assembly suppliers;
* Contribute to developing, verifying, and adhering to assembly schedules for installations;
* Develop and review department-specific procedures, ensuring all involved personnel are trained on the latest revision.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
**Prerequisites for this role:**
* Completed undergraduate degree or technical diploma in chemistry, engineering, sanitation, environmental science, or related fields;
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite;
* Knowledge of technical standards related to civil construction, environmental legislation, and chemical products;
* Experience in engineering and water/effluent treatment plants;
* Experience in people management;
* Experience in electromechanical assembly;
* Willingness to travel;
* Valid driver's license (minimum Category B).
