We manage and purchase credits originating from major financial institutions and companies, administering their contracts transparently and efficiently. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform collection tasks; * Proactive and reactive customer service; * Argumentation with focus on individual and team results; * Problem-solving mindset, with the ultimate goal being debt settlement. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Preferred: experience in collections. **Additional Information** Compensation: R$ 1\.704,00 Bonus: 0 to 6 salaries per year; Health Plan \- Notredame (no payroll deduction); Dental Plan \- Bradesco; Meal/Voucher Allowance: R$32.85 (per day), via Caju flexible card; Transportation Allowance or Fuel Allowance (no payroll deduction); Birthday Day Off; Work Model: On-site; Monthly performance bonus based on targets; 36-hour weekly work schedule.
