Job Summary: The Functional Systems Analyst will serve as a bridge between internal business units and technical teams, mapping processes, documenting requirements, supporting integrations, and participating in improvement projects. Opportunity to work with ERPs (Sankhya, SAP) and Power BI The Functional Systems Analyst will act as a liaison between the company's internal departments (e.g., manufacturing, planning, finance) and technical teams responsible for ERPs and other systems. Working on-site in São Paulo with availability for travel, the professional will map business processes, document functional and technical requirements, support system integrations, and participate in improvement projects. Responsibilities also include supporting testing and user acceptance activities, performing basic ERP configurations, and ensuring alignment between business needs and technological solutions. ### **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; * Experience as a Functional or Business Analyst in IT; * Practical knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Sankhya or SAP); * Ability to map business processes and translate requirements into functional specifications; * Experience with system integrations (APIs, connectors, file-based exchanges); * Strong communication skills, empathy, and negotiation ability; * Business process orientation and analytical capability; * Organized documentation practices and support for backlog prioritization; * Willingness and availability for business travel. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of SAP, Power BI, Data Lake, Plannera, Salesforce, or similar tools; * Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Excel, and Power BI; * Technical curiosity and ability to collaborate effectively with developers; * Experience in industrial sector processes; * Business-oriented mindset and expectation management skills.
