We are Liga Solidária, a non-profit Civil Society Organization (CSO) that, since 1923, has been driven by the belief that a fairer society with greater opportunity is possible when we foster the convergence of love, solidarity, and work. Over 13,000 children, youth, adults, and seniors facing high social vulnerability are served annually through education, longevity, and citizenship programs designed to restore dignity and promote autonomy.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Performs cleaning, maintenance, and sanitation activities in common areas—including floors, walls, handrails, stairs, countertops, windows, and restrooms—using appropriate materials;
* Reports the need to replenish supplies required for the General Services team’s operations;
* Reports deteriorations such as toilets, flush mechanisms, sinks, trash bins, or any other damage;
* Completes the hygiene checklist (record) for cleaned areas according to the unit’s protocol.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed Elementary Education.
* **Desired Competencies:** Teamwork and Results Orientation.

**Liga Solidária**
Liga Solidária is a centennial social organization impacting thousands of people across São Paulo city. Founded in 1923 by a group of women from São Paulo, it emerged with the mission of responding to the social needs of its time.
Throughout its history, the organization has grown and diversified its areas of action. Today, it is recognized as a reference in implementing public policies, while further strengthening its impact through proprietary projects supported by investor and technical partners.
**Social Work**
Liga Solidária’s social work is organized around four main pillars: Quality Education, Productive Inclusion, Community Bonds, and Active Aging. Its main social unit is located in the Raposo Tavares District, São Paulo. Additionally, it operates units in the neighborhoods of Rio Pequeno, Brooklin, Aricanduva, Vila Maria, Real Parque, Grajaú, Butantã, and Itaim Bibi.
**Resource-Generating Units**
We operate our own resource-generating units in São Paulo, strategically designed as sustainable funding sources to support our social work. These include: Colégio Santa Amália, Maple Bear Tatuapé, Lar Sant’Ana (Pinheiros and Butantã), Geros Center, Flat Plaza 50, and Bazar da Liga.
