**Job Description:**
Providing customer service to condominium management companies via phone and email;
Processing employee registration changes on the broker’s portal;
**Extracting registration change reports from the system:**
Registration changes \- Adding and removing employees in the system.
Issuing payment slips and scheduling visits for periodic medical examinations – NR7 \- via email and phone;
Handling specific matters with partner companies;
Requesting documents and performing registration for onboarding new clients;
Verifying billing reports.
Verifying active employee lists provided by condominium management companies;
Sending files for billing and collections;
Performing other related tasks;
**Requirements:**
Completed High School education;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle customer service effectively.
