Job Summary: A Recruitment and Selection professional with experience across multiple stages of the selection process and talent acquisition for various levels and departments. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive experience in competency-based recruitment and selection 2. Knowledge and application of assessments such as DISC and situational tests 3. Experience in sourcing professionals at various levels * Experience in recruitment and selection, job posting, conducting interviews, and competency-based selection (for operational, administrative, technical, and managerial positions); familiarity with assessments such as DISC and related tools, situational tests, and issuing technical interview reports. Institutional onboarding. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Experience sourcing professionals at various levels, along with agility and willingness to explore new candidate sourcing channels. Familiarity with interviews (individual, group dynamics, and situational tests). Prior experience in the call center and collections sectors is a plus.
