Our innovation ecosystem is growing, and we seek individuals eager to live and breathe this environment while embracing our core values: **Market Economy, Rule of Law, Ethics, and Sustainability.** The **Project Office** will simultaneously manage an average of 100 projects per semester with market partners—including companies, startups, NGOs, and government entities—supporting students and faculty in developing project solutions. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage partnerships with market partners and provide necessary support for the development of projects within our academic community; * Act as a facilitator in resolving problems and obstacles, and perform administrative tasks related to projects; * Define project scope, inputs, and feasibility jointly with the academic team and partners during the project selection phase; * Discuss project scope from a technical perspective with the partner’s technical teams and the academic team; * Assess and address project deviations and risks, proposing action plans to eliminate or mitigate identified issues; * Support the application of methodologies to project management, providing guidance and tools; * Actively manage the partner pool and initiatives in our CRM; * Manage continuous improvement projects for departmental processes; * Opportunity to create and improve internal routines and new projects within the department. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What knowledge and skills are essential for this role?** * Education and/or specialization preferably in Technology. * Experience in IT project management. * Experience implementing IT solutions. * Experience with Agile methodologies. * Experience in project management. * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency for projects involving international partners. **Your Challenges Will Include:** * Mapping the market to identify top project partners and best practices/technologies; * Leading, participating in, and supporting technical discussion and networking events; * Managing diverse stakeholders; * Taking ownership of executing and delivering assigned projects. **It’s Important That You:** Are communicative, organized, skilled in interpersonal relationships, possess critical thinking, a sense of urgency, and a systemic and analytical view of projects, systems, and business.
