Job Summary: A Budget Analyst will develop, analyze, and report budgets, propose corrective actions, optimize financial results, and stay updated on industry trends. Key Highlights: 1. Stay updated on management trends and best practices. **Responsibilities:** \> Develop budgets based on financial information from projects and operations; \> Analyze data and prepare budget reports, tracking goals and forecasts; \> Identify variances and propose corrective actions to optimize financial results; \> Support the team in implementing continuous improvements to budgeting processes; \> Participate in training sessions and use communication tools to report results; \> Contribute optimization ideas and technical support to the team and end users; \> Stay updated on trends, technologies, and best practices in budgetary management; \> Document activities and records in internal systems, ensuring accuracy and organization. **Requirements and Qualifications:** \> Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree (from the 5th semester onward) in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or related fields. \> Basic knowledge of finance and budget calculations. \> Advanced Excel skills and interest in financial management software.
