Master fundamental BIM concepts such as coordination and interoperability **JOB DESCRIPTION:** Being a BIM (Building Information Modeling) Modeler means working at the forefront of civil construction digitalization. Unlike a traditional CAD drafter, a BIM modeler does not merely create lines but intelligent objects that carry technical data, costs, and physical properties. On a daily basis, the professional will develop templates, standards, best modeling practices, and create and parametrize advanced families. The professional will master fundamental BIM concepts (coordination, interoperability, information extraction, and model consistency). Interpersonal relationships will be essential for interactions with departments involved in the process and for ensuring delivery quality. **DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:** Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and specialization in BIM Modeling Prior experience in collaborative BIM environments Practical knowledge of AUTODESK Construction Cloud (ACC) Experience using Navisworks for model coordination Experience in BIM implementation or standardization processes will be considered significant advantages.
