Identify and propose improvements to maintenance processes Sabesp seeks a field technician to join the Southern Metropolitan Maintenance Operation (Southern Zone of São Paulo and municipalities of São Bernardo do Campo, Diadema, Rio Grande da Serra, Ribeirão Pires, Itapecerica da Serra, Embu das Artes, Embu Guaçu, Juquitiba, and São Lourenço da Serra), focusing on water and wastewater treatment systems, distribution and collection networks, and pumping stations. The professional must ensure compliance with technical, environmental, and safety standards, promote good operational practices, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize sanitation system performance. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform preventive maintenance on water and wastewater treatment systems, distribution and collection networks, and pumping stations. * Diagnose and execute emergency repairs to ensure continuity of sanitation services. * Carry out repairs on electrical, hydraulic, welding, carpentry, sheet metal, and painting systems. * Operate workshop machinery and hand tools required for maintenance tasks, maintaining detailed records of performed activities. * Consult engineers and suppliers to resolve complex technical issues and ensure availability of spare parts and materials. * Identify and propose improvements to maintenance processes to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs, staying updated on new technologies and maintenance practices in the basic sanitation sector. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical high school diploma in Sanitation, Civil Construction/Buildings, Maintenance, Electrotechnology, Hydraulics, or related fields. * Registration with the relevant professional council. * Driver's License (CNH) preferred. **Additional Information** * Medical Assistance * Private Health Insurance * Meal Voucher (VR) and Food Voucher (VA) * Transportation Voucher * Christmas Basket * Birthday Day Off * Extended Maternity Leave * Extended Paternity Leave * Daycare Assistance for Mothers and Fathers * Wellhub Agreement (Gympass) * Results Participation Program (PPR) The new Sabesp is much more than a sanitation company.
