Job Summary: Act as the Process focal point in engineering projects, performing technical verification, equipment sizing, and operational data analysis. Key Highlights: 1. Chemical Engineering experience with active registration at CREA. 2. Experience in developing and analyzing process flow diagrams and technical documentation. 3. Practical experience with the PI System for process data analysis. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS** **EXPERIENCE** * Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Process Engineering, preferably in industrial environments (refineries, petrochemical plants, or Oil & Gas). **EDUCATION** * **Bachelor’s Degree:** Chemical Engineering, with active registration at CREA. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Solid experience in Process Engineering; * Experience in developing and analyzing process flow diagrams (PFD, P&ID), equipment datasheets, and process technical documentation; * Practical experience with the PI System for process data and performance analysis. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Serve as the Process focal point in engineering projects, ensuring compliance with technical assumptions, standards, and contractual requirements; * Perform technical review of engineering documents, including process flow diagrams (PFD), piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID), calculation memos, and technical reports; * Carry out and validate process equipment sizing, ensuring performance, safety, and operational efficiency; * Evaluate and monitor process and equipment performance, identifying optimization opportunities; * Develop, review, and validate equipment and instrument datasheets; * Analyze and interpret operational data using the PI System to support technical decision-making and improvement studies; * Support technical interfaces with other engineering disciplines, vendors, and stakeholders; * Participate in technical meetings, risk analyses, and engineering reviews alongside project managers and clients. **About CAPCO:** At Capco, we foster an inclusive culture.
