* Perform **complete surface preparation**, including manual or mechanical sanding, removal of imperfections, degreasing, cleaning, and application of primers, sealers, and undercoats according to specifications. * Apply **liquid paint** using spray guns, paint booths, or other appropriate equipment, ensuring correct adjustment of pressure, flow rate, and viscosity. * Strictly follow **technical specifications**, product data sheets, work instructions, and quality standards defined by the company. * Ensure the **final finish** of parts by performing leveling, polishing, touch-ups, and visual inspections to guarantee paint uniformity and adhesion. * Perform **minor repairs** on parts presenting defects such as flaws, stains, peeling, or other non-conformities, applying suitable corrections. * Prepare, mix, and adjust **paints, catalysts, and thinners** according to technical guidelines for each product. * Separate, store, and properly dispose of **generated waste** (cans, solvents, contaminated rags, filters, among others), complying with environmental procedures. * Monitor the **consumption of paints, thinners, and auxiliary materials**, avoiding waste and maintaining records when necessary. * Fully comply with **safety, health, and environmental requirements**, including the use of PPE, adequate ventilation, and safe handling practices for chemicals. * Maintain **organization and cleanliness** of the booth, spray guns, hoses, scales, workbenches, and other equipment used in the painting process. * Perform **basic maintenance** on painting equipment, such as proper cleaning of spray guns and checking system operation. * Fill out, when necessary, **production reports, inspection records, and material consumption logs**. * Contribute **continuous improvement suggestions**, process optimization, and standardization of procedures. * Provide technical support to **Level I professionals or assistants**, guiding them on best practices, safety, and proper material preparation.
